Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Oversee employee relations, including addressing employees’ concerns and grievances.
- Administer performance management programs, including performance evaluations and goal-setting.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
