Job Description
Role Description
Will support the day-to-day operation of BPI Direct BanKo’s branches. The Operation Staff is responsible for providing quality customer service, performing daily transaction recording and reporting, and maintaining branch cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work on weekends or beyond regular office hours if necessary
- Experience in banking or finance industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
