Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and AD Manager to join our team. As the HR and AD Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company.
Your main duties will include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management position
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
