Job Description

Glue Up, a leading company in the industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Management System Administrator to join our team. As the Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks including lead troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, vendor relationship management, and managing system enhancements.

  • Lead troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, vendor relationship management; managing system enhancements and integration of new learning resources into a Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate Learning Management System (LMS) training for new users and after system upgrades.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze training metrics, product training surveys for all programs and work with the learning analytics vendor to facilitate surveys for specialized programs.
  • Manage and promote e-learning global program.
  • Assess programs and determine new programs based on needs assessment.
  • Respond to all Learning Management System (LMS) work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports.
  • Ensure that all end-user issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account requests, system functionality issues, and other similar issues.
  • Create and maintain training curriculum information, training assignments, student notification text, and rules in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage and support users by assigning and tracking curriculums. Maintain administrative rights for LMS basic and privileged users.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by responding timely and accurately to customer’s needs that focus on first-time resolutions.
  • Research and provide ideas to resolve Learning Management System (LMS) functionality issues.
  • Work with Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) vendor to troubleshoot system-specific issues and implement updates as required.
  • On rare occasions, develop engaging and effective instructor-led, web-based and virtual training content, as well as self-paced eLearning modules.
  • Update technical articles and other technical learning documentation.
  • Report weekly progress to the Senior Director of Training and Customer Success.
