Overall Responsibilities:

Ensures that all aspects of a logistics team, such as order processing, delivery, and warehousing are seamlessly working together to ensure that all drilling supplies and consumables are readily available to continually fulfill the demands of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the supply chain system. Sees to it that all drilling materials and supplies are diligently monitored to ensure the availability of resources when needed.
• Process PRs and monitor their progress – from PR to PO conversion to delivery to site.
• Responsible for product quality system by conducting product tests and scouting suppliers that would suit the operational needs.
• Plan and organize the overall safety and security of drilling materials and supplies.
• Ensures that all Company safety, environment, risk management, and security policies, as well as administrative rules and regulations, and departmental SOPs and guidelines, are consistently implemented and carried out in his area of responsibility. Demonstrate the “Duty of Care”.

Integrated Management System Function:

• Adhere to the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Policy.
• Support in the implementation of the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health Management System and keep up to date with the IMS regulations.
• Promote and raise awareness to respective subordinates regarding the company’s Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health.
• To continually adhere to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health Policies.
