Job Description
Join our team, we are hiring Call Center Agents through a Virtual Interview Process (One Day Hiring).

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers or clients and address their concerns or questions.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database and ensure its accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.
- Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company to handle calls effectively.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- College Graduate
- Open for High School Graduates with at least 1 month BPO experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
