Job Description
- Preparation of periodic reports and analysis on actual manufacturing cost and comparison of standard vs actual production cost (includes all variance analysis)
- Set the product standard cost every year in coordination with operation
- Responsible for new product cost maintenance
- Coordinate and prepare operations quarterly financial forecast, monthly projection, and annual budget
- Prepare journal entries / Monitor/Review/
- Analyze all inventory related transactions and reports, recommends adjustments whenever necessary
- Prepare various report analysis on a regular basis such as but not limited to: 1) reserves, 2) raw materials consumption, 3) earns 4) scrap valuation
- Complete P&L and GP report analyses and One Stream reconciliation (Inventory related)
- Provide flux commentaries on Balance Sheet (Inventory) and P&L
