Job Description
Assigned in the Internal Accounting and Accounting Department to carry out and ensure that all accounting records are posted in the company’s database software.
Will update company records on a daily basis with details about income and itemized expenses to reflect the most accurate information and carry out consistent company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the data entry, posting, and recording of all completed transactions in the company’s accounting software.
- Maintain and safeguard the database, accounting software, and computer system hardware.
- Maintain and update, when necessary, the chart of accounts in the system’s database.
- Print, prepare, and file all hard copy results/reports in compliance with the books of accounts.
- Ensure the regular back-up of the database and related files.
- Ensure that the company’s data is secured.
- Responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through the preparation of the company’s reports and statements.
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate head.

Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
