Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge support tickets and respond to user requests
- Acknowledge calls or email concerns from end users
- Follow up on support tickets to ensure that the problem has been resolved
- Identify and analyze faults and help users understand the problem
- Test systems or applications to ensure proper resolution before closing the incident
- Document actions taken to resolve the problem as input to the Knowledge-based system
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
- With Technical Support experience/Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Good interpersonal relations with clients
- Responsible for task assignment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php16,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Shift system
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
