Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an MS Dynamics 365 Junior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in maintaining and optimizing our organization’s Dynamics 365 system.
As an MS Dynamics 365 Junior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Senior Manager in configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 platform according to the business requirements
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of various Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address business needs and drive system enhancements
- Providing end-user support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 related issues
- Assisting in training and onboarding new users on the Dynamics 365 system
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 and its various modules. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.
