Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Quality and Governance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization’s data assets. As a Data Quality and Governance Manager, you will develop and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance guidelines and standards, and actively promote a data-driven culture within the organization. Your main responsibilities will include data profiling, data remediation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to define data quality metrics, monitor data quality performance, and drive initiatives to address any issues or gaps identified. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with data regulations and privacy policies and work towards achieving industry best practices in data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have in-depth knowledge of data quality principles and frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with data governance tools and technologies.
