Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Network Monitoring – NOC Analyst to join our team. As a NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the network operates efficiently.
Your duties will include monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network incidents, analyzing network data, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. You will be expected to maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and network configurations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in network monitoring or a related role
- Proficient in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
