Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Delivery Head for our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). As the Business Solutions Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading a team that manages the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance the operations of our HMO.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to deliver efficient and effective business solutions for our HMO.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Leading a team of developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitoring and assessing project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and software development. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teams.
