Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute safety and proper biosecurity protocol
- Supervise, monitor and coordinate all poultry farm activities, including but not limited to farm equipment and machinery and proper production process
- Ensure proper egg collection and proper handling of stocks
- Assist in the delegation of tasks for production staff, including the production plan or program for daily, weekly and monthly period, and covering all key sections of the production area
- Monitor and maintain all production equipment, machinery, and related production implements are in their best working condition
- Report and propose those for repair and replacement to the Maintenance Team and Farm Manager
- Assist the Farm Manager in the implementation of biosecurity protocol, schedule of vaccination, and support plans for the entire farm.
- Assure timely execution of activities and provide reports for each activity
- Mentoring of production staff to assure a high level of familiarity and mastery of skills
- Ensure that production errors and/or losses are always kept at a minimum by constantly monitoring the flow of production activities per sector and per set production schedule
- Supervise and maintain proper implementation of process flow for the Egg Sorting Department
- Monitor and prepare correct inventory reports for the Egg Sorting Department
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

Salary: Php16,00.00 per month
