Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure they comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
- Managing the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and termination.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including legal teams, procurement, and operations.
- Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance with performance, delivery, and payment obligations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
