Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a District Sales Manager for our Toril store location. As the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and exceed targets in the Toril district.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing coaching and support to the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and establishing strong relationships with key customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring efficient operations within the district.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
