Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year business-related course
- Computer literate using MS Office and other basic software
- Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, highly motivated, results-driven, and must be able to handle pressure at all times with absolute professionalism
- Able to handle multi-tasking jobs with minimum supervision
Responsibilities:
- Perform billing and collection duties, including banking transactions
- Send invoices and account updates to clients, including receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments
- Address and resolve client queries and issues relating to invoices
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Perform other accounting functions as may be assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Mondays – Fridays
