Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation cases (civil, commercial, labor, tax, and criminal)
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to litigation
- Managing and mitigating legal risks and advising on litigation status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with the cases being handled
- Researching and anticipating unique litigation issues that may affect the Company
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly concerning laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect the handling of the cases
- Liaising with the different units of the Flash Group (Ph)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Lawyer
- Ability to work remotely
- Can start immediately

- Calamba City, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Calamba City, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Required)
