Job Description
- Provide customer service support via non-voice, email support.
- Provide customer support and assistance for gaming-related products or services.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues.
- Gather and prepare customer data and generate accurate daily and monthly reports.
- Identify new methods to further improve users’ customer support experience.
