Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
To excel in this role, you should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to empathize with customers and provide solutions to meet their needs. Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues by investigating the problem, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Update customer accounts and records when necessary
