Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who possess the following qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required, but excellent communication skills are necessary
- Fresh graduates are accepted
- Prior BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Handling customer communication through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Becoming knowledgeable about our products to effectively answer questions
