Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Zendesk Administrator to join our team. As a Zendesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Zendesk platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Your duties will include configuring and customizing Zendesk to meet our company’s specific needs, creating workflows, automations, and triggers, and providing training and support to our staff on using Zendesk effectively.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data and generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer support and experience.
