Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and networks
- Maintain and manage servers and databases
- Implement security measures to protect data and network
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
