Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team in the Medical Industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience in our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with billing and insurance. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required. We value a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
