Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions
- Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identifying customer needs and upselling products or services
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a friendly and positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
