Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Promote and sell products or services to customers
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve sales processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
