Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Admin Staff in our Alabang Muntinlupa office. As an Admin Staff, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Handle phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
