Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cash Management Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various cash management tasks, including monitoring daily cash flows, preparing cash forecasts, and reconciling bank statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily cash position and ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the documentation and improvement of cash management processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
