Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing the right candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
Your main duties will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Creating effective job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
- Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Coordinating interviews and assisting in the selection process
- Checking references and conducting background checks on potential hires
