Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Associate to join our team. As an IT Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hardware and software support to resolve technical issues and inquiries from users
- Installing and configuring computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Performing troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assisting in the maintenance and administration of the company’s network and systems
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement and support IT projects
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
