Job Description
– Has previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. (Preferably at coffee shop)
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic financial acumen.
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the cafe, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
– Monitor the quality of food and beverages served to maintain high standards.
– Conduct regular checks on equipment and ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
– Supervise and lead a team of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
– Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
– Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
