Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist (Blended Account). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quick problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
Requirements:
