Job Description
- Identifying potential problems and suggesting appropriate recommendations/solutions to support the department’s objectives.
- Providing regular updates per division.
- Performing day to day financial transactions which include recording, verifying, classifying, computing, and posting of accounts receivable data.
- Preparing reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Recording daily transactions.
- Reconciling AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verifying discrepancies and resolving customer’s billing issues.
- Facilitating overdue accounts by sending reminder letters (if necessary, sending through email).
- Monitoring every customer’s account.
