Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales department, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, establish sales targets, and develop sales forecasts. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the sales process. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be required to engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients.
