Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team specializing in US Family Law. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in the provision of comprehensive legal services to our clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with case management, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing court filings, and corresponding with clients and other parties involved in the legal process. You will also be expected to attend court hearings and assist in trial preparation.
Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of US Family Law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and prenuptial agreements. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role.
