Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team. As the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization. Your main duties will include managing financial transactions, developing and implementing financial policies, and conducting financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and payroll.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
