Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated ESG Research Associate to join our Stewardship team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors for our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ESG assessments and integrate the findings into investment decision-making processes.
- Engage with portfolio companies on ESG issues and collaborate with them to improve their sustainability practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ESG integration.
- Support the Stewardship team in engaging with stakeholders, including investors, policymakers, and advocacy groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or environmental science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, ratings, and metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
