Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team as a Manager. As a Solution Architect – Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions in line with our company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Solution Architects in designing and delivering effective solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess current and future needs, and develop strategic plans for solution implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
