Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drafter to join our team for road construction projects. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in designing and preparing technical drawings and plans for road infrastructure.
A successful candidate should have excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software, as well as a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. You will be responsible for accurately translating engineering designs and specifications into detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
An eye for detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for this role. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive drawings and plans for road construction projects, including layouts, cross-sections, and profiles
- Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and specifications
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
- Revise and modify drawings as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all drawings and related information
