Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing our company’s financial transactions related to accounts payable.
Your main duties will include reviewing and verifying invoices, reconciling supplier statements, preparing and processing payments, and resolving any payment discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payable transactions in our accounting system.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be familiar with relevant software tools, such as Excel and accounting software.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating with various departments and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments. A proactive and problem-solving mindset is also highly valued.
