Job Description
In charge of the detailed parts production scheduling and material planning to support both production and shipment requirements to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and releases daily and monthly production schedules to manufacturing to meet planned export and local shipment to customers.
- Prepares monthly orders of materials to suppliers to support production requirements.
- Checks and conducts periodic actual inventory of parts and reconciles with records.
- Adjusts and studies the probable consequences of non-supply of materials to production and shipping plans to customers.
- Adjusts and studies potential effects of production variances on customer requirements.
- Regularly reports all good and critical issues on time connected to parts supply.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the section.
- Coordinates and communicates with key leaders of manufacturing for production progress and deviations.
- Coordinates with other sections of the Department.
- Supports the needs of other departments related to inventory and production issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Engineering or any field.
- Two (2) years of working experience as a scheduler in supply chain management.
