Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of BPO US Sales and Business Development Manager, offering a remote work-from-home option. As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within the BPO industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients through various channels
  • Building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitoring industry trends and competition to inform business decisions

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in BPO sales, a strong understanding of the US market, and excellent communication skills. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. Knowledge of CRM software and a proven track record in achieving sales targets will be highly regarded.
