Job Description
Support the implementation of Employee Engagement & Communications programs through design development of various materials required by People Management & Development (PMD), and other stakeholders.
Understand and evaluate internal design requirements to deliver materials that positively impact people and significantly complement other engagement drivers.
OVERALL MISSION AND DAY-TO-DAY
Graphic Design
- Study job briefs and determine design requirements
- Propose key visuals that align with the objectives of the project
- Develop design and layout studies for various job briefs such as, but not limited to:
- Newsletters
- Posters/Art Cards
- Invites
- Zoom/MS Teams Backgrounds
- Banners
- Social Media & Job Platform Posts
- Key Elements & Illustrations
- Policy Form Templates
- Collaborate with Sunnies’ design team in achieving designs at par with branding guidelines
- Supervise and collaborate with design intern in achieving and closing internal communication requests
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Arts, Communication Arts, or any related field (Open for BSBA HRM Graduates as well)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant design applications
- Proven skills in graphic design specifically in layout and illustration
- Ability to visually translate design briefs and job orders
- Basic photography and photo manipulation skills
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design in retail fashion or design studios
