Job Description
As a Technical Training & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical team. Your main responsibility will be to develop and coordinate technical training programs for our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
You will work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver hands-on training sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet learning objectives
- Maintain training records and provide progress reports to management
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of technical concepts and excellent communication skills. You must be able to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience in training and instructional design is strongly preferred.
