Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Recoveries Specialist – Motor Vehicle Claims Officer (Dayshift). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing motor vehicle claims, specifically focused on recoveries.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating motor vehicle accident claims for recovery potential
- Negotiating settlement agreements with other parties’ insurance companies
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
- Collecting necessary documentation and supporting evidence for claims
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of claims and recovery progress
Requirements:
- Prior experience in motor vehicle claims or recoveries is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using relevant computer software and systems
