Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Graduate of related field Psychology, HRDM, Mass Com etc.
- Willingness to start immediately and to work onsite (day shift)
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using various methods.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Create accurate job postings.
- Dive into complex issues, aiming to ensure postings reach relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and manage interviews.
- Administer tests, assess suitability, verify qualifications, assist in onboarding, maintain candidate relationships, manage records, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Endorsing qualified candidates to clients
- Facilitate job offers
- Handles pre-onboarding of hired applicants
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 per month
