Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handles customer concerns/complaints, and inquiries through telephone calls, letters, personal visits, texts, emails, referral, surveys and by making it easy for the customer to express his/her problem and utilize the customer complaint form and customer follow-up system.
2. Acts as a direct link between the company and the customer.
3. Records, gathers and analyzes customer complaints for investigation.
Qualifications:
1. College Graduate of any 4-year course;
2. Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal effectively with frustrated customers/conflict within teams;
3. With experience in the Automotive industry is an advantage.
4. Must be willing to be assigned at Balon Bato, Quezon City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
