Job Description
A Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, and inventory. Retail Store Managers have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the store, including cash deposits, equipment monitoring, accepting and displaying items from the warehouse, and ensuring employee discipline.
- Provide excellent customer service at the showroom and assist sales associates if needed.
- Cross-sell items to customers to increase sales.
- Arrange items for the visual design of in-store displays.
- Check the daily sales report submitted by sales associates and maintain an updated sales journal.
- Assist the Marketing Officer in the visual interior design of the showroom.
- Address customer issues, concerns, and inquiries.
- Conduct daily meetings with staff for briefing and motivation.
- Hold daily debriefings with sales associates to address challenges and issues encountered.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
