Job Description
– Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the creation of all types of take-offs required by the project, including monthly progress, budget forecasting, procurement, and variation.
– Examining maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to guarantee that the best bargains are obtained.
– Communication with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
– Creating reports, studies, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documentation.
– Providing management and clients with recommendations for changes and new tactics.
– Keeping track of materials and ordering more as needed.
– Documenting design modifications and adjusting budgets.
– Establishing and maintaining professional connections with external and internal stakeholders.
– Monitor project completion, record quantities, compare to contract amounts, and analyze potential claims.
– Assists the Project Director in creating comparison charts for each option analysis.
– Reports to the Commercial Manager during the construction period.

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
