Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled International Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As an International Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates from various countries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
- Screening and assessing candidates to determine their qualifications and fit within the organization
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, negotiations, and offers
